Jennifer's One Woman Shows
White Flight: A Love Letter to My Neighborhood
In the early 1970's, cities across America became donuts: minority hearts surrounded by white suburbs. Through multiple characters, Blaine explores what it was like to grow up in such a city -- and thrive! The show is a mix of personal recollection, monologues, and dialogues between Jennifer's many alter egos; Dr. Amir, an Indian philosopher, Ruth, an old Jewish woman with a taste for dirty jokes, Mammi, a latina child advocate with an attitude and Danny, a guy from South Philly who hits on any woman no matter her race. Press Release
She received favorable press for her previous solo shows "SORRY" A Satiric Exploration of Gender, Etiquette, and Politics which was selected as a "Pick of the Fringe" at last year's Philly Fringe Festival.

In the show she presented last year, Cure-Alls, Blaine presented seven health-driven comedic characters, including Dr. Amir, who teaches breathing techniques, Gina, the English Lesbian Widow, and Ruth the Bubbe, with a talent for dirty jokes.

Cure-Alls, took her to Denver, Tampa, New York City, and the surrounding tri-state area.
Previously, Jennifer's Safety in Numbers toured throughout New York City.
